The SUV has secured a 5-star rating in the BNCAP crash tests, establishing itself as one of the safest Maruti cars to date. Standard safety equipment includes six airbags, electronic stability control, and a full suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS Level-2), which makes its debut in the Indian lineup through this model. Engine and Powertrain Options The Victoris shares its powertrain lineup with the Grand Vitara, offering multiple choices to suit diverse buyers. 1.5L NA Petrol Engine – Produces 103 hp and 139 Nm, available with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. It also offers a factory-fitted CNG option. Buyers opting for the automatic variant can choose AllGrip AWD, which includes a Multi-Terrain Select system with Auto, Sport, Snow, and Lock modes, plus hill descent control. 1.5L Strong-Hybrid Powertrain – Generates 92.5 hp and 122 Nm, paired with an e-CVT gearbox, delivering excellent efficiency for city and highway driving. Mileage Maruti Suzuki has held strong in the efficiency department. The 1.5L petrol-manual has an efficiency figure of 21.18 km/l and the automatic is slightly lower at 21.06 km/l.
